The wood for the original fassado is obtained from disused wine barrels from the Davaz winery and processed into artistic wooden elements by Fasswerk. Hämmerle leaves the hand-picked barrel staves in their naturally curved shape and arranges them symmetrically. The grain of the barrel oak with its unmistakable red wine color comes from the boards azado perfectly to the fore.
When purchasing a Fassado grill, the customer receives 6 bottles of the red wine that was stored in this oak barrel in 2018, which in turn was used for the production of all wooden parts of the Fassado grill.
The Fassado Limited Edition is only built 10 times. Each piece is unique.
