Cornel Cooking Dome / Charcoal Saver in Stainless Steel with Thermometer

The Cornel combines a cooking dome and charcoal saver in stainless steel, with a thermometer and a handle made of Swiss wood. You use it for indirect cooking, to keep side dishes warm and to put out the charcoal after grilling. Handmade in Switzerland, in three sizes.

Cooking dome on the grate

Under the Cornel, meat cooks indirectly and stays juicy. The thermometer shows the temperature underneath. That way meat and vegetables reach the table hot at the same time.

Save the charcoal instead of burning it

After grilling, you cover the embers with the Cornel and smother them. You reuse the charcoal at your next barbecue once you have knocked off the ash.
