The 87-STEAKart Santoku knife is the Japanese brother of the Western chef's knife and an equally flexible all-rounder. With its wide and sharp blade, the knives are particularly suitable for fine cutting and delicate work. They can be used to cut vegetables, fruits, and herbs, as well as fish and meat. Not to be used for bones and frozen foods.
The durable and corrosion-resistant blade is forged from German stainless steel (56-58 HRC). The "V-grind" at a 15° angle guarantees excellent cutting results, whether you are right- or left-handed.
The blade is complemented by a beautiful genuine ebony wood handle, which not only gives the knife its elegance but also makes it comfortable to hold thanks to its ergonomic shape.
Available with your company logo at no extra charge from 10 pieces.
