Skeppshult Swing 2-in-1 Herb and Pepper Mill

The Skeppshult Swing is a cast iron herb and pepper mill. You store spices in the top part and grind them in the bottom. Weighing around 1.2 kg, it grinds pepper, coriander, fennel seeds or coarse salt with little effort.

How the Swing works

Put the spices in the lower container and set the upper one on top. A few turns and the ribbed base grinds the seeds as finely as you like. The weight of the cast iron provides the pressure.

What goes in

The mill is suitable for dry spices such as pepper, cloves, coriander seeds, fennel seeds or coarse salt. Very oily spices such as pink peppercorns are not suitable.

• Clean dry with a brush, not in the dishwasher
• After rinsing with water, dry thoroughly and apply a very thin coat of cooking oil
