The 87-STEAKart cutting board is a reversible board made of 4 cm thick acacia wood, with a juice groove on one side and a collecting well on the other. Use it to carve steaks and roasts or to prepare vegetables.

Two sides, two jobs

On the grooved side you carve meat, and the juice stays in the groove instead of on the table. On the reverse you push chopped vegetables or scraps into the well. That keeps the surface clear for the next cut.

The thick board sits firmly on the worktop and is gentle on the knife blade. Thanks to the recessed handles, you can carry it safely to the table even when it is loaded.
