Shipping conditions

The delivery of the grill and Azado grill extras takes place in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The accessories are delivered within Switzerland.

Equipment:

For the "Swiss Post Economy" shipping method, we calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of the products. The following tariffs apply:

0.0kg-0.25kg = CHF 2.80

0.25kg – 2kg = CHF 7.00

2kg – 10kg = CHF 9.70

10kg-30kg = CHF 20.50

The shipping rate for the steakhouse charcoal product is calculated as follows:

Deliveries abroad:

No automatic tariffs can currently be calculated for deliveries abroad. However, we can send you an offer. Please send the desired article and address to: info@azado.ch.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Switzerland) within 2-3 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 2-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pay by credit card / Twint / PayPal, your account will be debited when the contract is concluded.

Purchase on invoice
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY) With the POWERPAY monthly invoice you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice with partial payment option. As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account”. When concluding the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, in addition to our terms and conditions, you accept the Conditions by POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/de/agb). Please note that there is an administration fee per invoice and additional fees for partial and late payments as per Conditions incurred by POWERPAY.
