El Maestro 'Nero' Limited Edition
The El Maestro “Nero” is a limited edition of the compact azado hybrid grill with a 60 × 40 cm cooking surface, built in 20 units. Selected stainless steel parts are blackened using the Black Inox process, and the grill fits on any balcony or terrace.

The black Maestro
The Black Inox process gives the stainless steel a black surface with a satin sheen. Combined with ash or walnut, it gives the El Maestro a dark, calm appearance. Only 20 units will be built.
Control the heat with the crank
With the hand crank, you move the grate closer to the embers or further away while grilling. This lets you control the heat right at the food, without rearranging the charcoal.
With or without gas element
The gas element sits beneath the charcoal and brings it to a glow in about five minutes, without firelighters. After that, you grill over pure embers. Without the gas element, you light the charcoal the classic way.

We deliver the El Maestro “Nero” by freight carrier and arrange the date with you personally. You can also collect it from our showroom in Wittenbach. The series version is the El Maestro 60 × 40 cm.

All three. Every azado is a hybrid: the gas element brings the charcoal up to temperature in about 5 minutes, then you grill over real embers. A pure wood fire works too. If you prefer to start the classic way, choose the version without the gas element.
El Maestro and El Jefesito (60×40 cm) are ideal for 2 to 4 people, El Rey and El Jefe (80×50 cm) for 4 to 6, and El Original (100×60 cm) for large gatherings. For the dining table there is El Chiquito in A4 format.
Every grill is built in Wittenbach near St. Gallen. We arrange the delivery date with you personally and deliver by freight. You can also collect your grill at our headquarters. Delivery abroad on request.
10 years on all grills and outdoor kitchens. Service and spare parts come straight from our workshop in Wittenbach.
Yes. Stainless steel and weatherproof woods are built for outdoor use, winter included. A matching cover gives your grill extra protection.
