What is the ceramic jar for?

In the jar you mix the herbs with olive oil, vinegar and water to make the sauce. With its wooden lid and plastic seal it closes airtight, so you can store the seasoning in it.

How to use it

For 4 people, mix 2 tbsp Chimichurri with 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp white vinegar and 1 tbsp water. Let the sauce infuse for 30 minutes, then spoon it over the finished meat or vegetables.

Chimichurri goes with all kinds of meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables and salads.
