The Nesmuk Exklusiv full Damascus chef's knife has an 18 cm blade of 240-layer wild Damascus made from selected carbon steels. A chef's knife for anyone looking for a hand-forged one-off with a birch handle.
At a glance
- 18 cm blade in 240-layer full Damascus
- Hollow ground on both sides
- Silver ferrule
- Birch handle, stained and oiled
Wild Damascus
The blade is forged from 240 layers. The wild Damascus gives every blade its own pattern. It is well balanced and hollow ground on both sides.
Birch handle
A silver ferrule joins blade and handle with a precise fit. The fine grain of the birch is brought out with stain and oil. The handle shape has been tested for fatigue-free work.
