The El Maestro outdoor kitchen is an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, designed around the azado El Maestro and its 60 × 40 cm cooking surface. It suits smaller terraces, and you put it together from modules to match your wishes.

The grill at the centre
The El Maestro has a 60 × 40 cm cooking surface and is a hybrid grill for charcoal and wood. The gas element beneath the charcoal lights the embers in about five minutes, and the hand crank adjusts the grate height steplessly.
Built from modules
You can extend the kitchen with a fridge, cutlery drawer, sink or bar. The grill comes in three sizes, each with a storage compartment for the gas bottle. Find out more about the grill on the El Maestro built-in version page.

At its heart is always an azado grill: El Maestro, El Rey, El Jefe or El Original depending on size. With the gas element you grill with gas, charcoal and wood.
Yes. Stainless steel, ceramics, stone and weatherproof woods are made for the outdoors, winter included.
