How to make your azado shine in 7 easy steps

You know the drill: after the barbecue fun, the grill needs to be cleaned. It's a task we often put off, but today we'll show you how to clean your azado grill quickly and efficiently in 7 easy steps!

We recommend cleaning the grill a short time after use, as the grease will not yet have dried on. However, the grill can, of course, also be cleaned at a later time.

1) If the grill grate is still warm, clean it with steel wool and a little water. Then pat dry with a paper towel.

2) Remove ash from the charcoal trays with an ash vacuum cleaner.

3) Remove charcoal trays, tap out the combustion cover, and remove the remaining ash from the firebox with the ash vacuum cleaner.

4) Remove the grease channel and grease drip tray and clean them with a damp cloth or in the dishwasher.

5) Apply oven/grill cleaner to the stainless steel and wipe with a cloth.

6) Remove the grate and spray the grate frame with oven/grill cleaner, then wipe with a cloth.

7) Clean the grill plate with a spatula (Tip: Ice cubes on the grill plate make cleaning easier).

Bonus: Perfect wood care

azado offers a care wax oil for the care of all woods.

8) Roughen the wood with the Scotch-Brite pad.
9) Apply the care wax oil to the wood with the cotton cloth.

We recommend treating the wood on the azado grill twice a year. The cutting boards on the azado grill, which are used very frequently, can be polished monthly with the care wax oil.
