The Neptune Chef's Knife

A highly precise chef's knife . Its 20 cm blade made of hardened stainless steel guarantees exceptional strength and durability.

With a thickness of 3 mm and a hardness of 57 HRC, this knife ensures clean and precise cuts. The 15° sharpening angle (30° cutting angle) provides optimal cutting performance, suitable for all your recipes.

The olive wood handle is securely attached with two rivets and a stainless steel nail. The streamlined shape of this unique knife fits perfectly in the hand, allowing for efficient cutting without fatigue.

A Tridens Carving Set Made in France

The Neptune chef's knife seamlessly integrates into the Tridens collection. Designed by Michel Chaillou, it embodies the characteristic lines and features of Tridens.

Completely made in France, in Thiers, by the Claude Dozorme company (founded in 1902), recognized as a Master Artisan Cutler and a Living Heritage Company (EPV).

The name "Neptune" and the engraving "Favet Neptunus Eunti" (Neptune favors travelers / the bold) on the side of the blade are a tribute to the city of Nantes, the brand's headquarters.

The knife, fork, and stand are presented in an elegant kraft paper box decorated with the Tridens ribbon.
