With the Swing, you can store and grind any dry spice, such as pepper, cloves, coriander seeds, coarse salt, or fennel seeds.

Usage

Store Store your spices in the upper container and close it with the wooden lid.

Grind To grind, place the spices in the lower container. Using the bottom of the upper container, you can finely grind your spices to your liking with just a few turns. The cast iron spice grinder is particularly heavy, allowing you to grind without much pressure or effort.

Important!

Not suitable for spices with high oil content, such as pink peppercorns. Cast iron products are not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning the spice grinder only dry with a brush. If it should ever be necessary to rinse the spice grinder under clear water, it must be dried very thoroughly and then thinly coated with a little cooking oil.
