The Chimichurri gives the grilled meat a special taste. It can be used to season all types of meat, including potatoes.

Preparation for 4 people

- 2 tbsp chimichurri

- 6 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp vinegar (white)

- 1 tbsp water

Mix all ingredients together well and let steep for 30 minutes. Put the meat / vegetables on the ready-to-serve and enjoy.
