As of October 1, 2020, nine pieces of the limited edition Fassado Grill, designed and manufactured in collaboration with Fasswerk, are still available. The wood for the original Fassado is sourced from discarded wine barrels of the Davaz winery and processed by Fasswerk into artistic wooden elements. Hämmerle keeps the hand-picked barrel staves in their naturally curved shape and arranges them symmetrically. The grain of the barrel oak, with its unmistakable red wine color, is perfectly highlighted on the boards of the Azado.
