The world's first outdoor kitchen from a 3D printer

Layer by layer, to create a grilling highlight in your own garden

43 minutes – that's all it takes to produce this innovative outdoor kitchen. The Swiss grill manufacturer azado is launching an outdoor kitchen that is manufactured using 3D printing technology. A special concrete is used in the process. This is applied layer by layer – creating the organically shaped outdoor kitchen "Manguera".

azado presents world first

The grill manufacturer azado proudly presents its latest innovation: what is probably the world's first 3D-printed outdoor kitchen, made entirely of concrete with an integrated azado grill. A delicate and organically curved construction that surrounds and skillfully showcases the chrome steel grill. The "Manguera" outdoor kitchen is available in slate grey or off-white and offers useful work and storage surfaces for grilling and cooking in the garden or on the terrace.

Swiss innovation

Concrete in its original form has been used as a building material for millennia, and 3D printing technology was also initiated almost 40 years ago, but has only spread rapidly since the 2010s, triggering a real wave of innovation with its possibilities. The new azado outdoor kitchen is a perfect example of how a traditional building material can suddenly find manifold new applications and endless design possibilities thanks to digitalization and technology. Additive manufacturing makes it possible to translate visions into reality in a timely manner and is ideal for small series or even exclusive and unique products that can be developed together with the customer.

Another central point for azado is the sustainable aspects, as material waste can be reduced and energy saved with 3D printing technology. In addition, the outdoor kitchen is manufactured entirely in Switzerland and impresses with its high quality and durability. The special concrete used is 100% natural in origin and can be safely returned to the environment.

Manguera live

The new "Manguera" outdoor kitchen can be viewed in azado's St.Gallen showroom. Further information is also available in our online shop.
