This year's Gault Millau Garden Party took place on Sunday under the open sky in the garden of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, enjoying summer temperatures. An impressive gourmet event of the highest class: 500 party guests strolled among exquisite food stalls and enjoyed culinary delights from 21 top chefs, who collectively boast 351 Gault Millau points. In the midst of it all was Sven Wassmer from "Memories Bad Ragaz" (two Michelin stars and 18 Gault Millau points), who grilled more than 30 kilograms of meat on our azado grills "El Original" and "El Rey". He delighted guests with juicy entrecôtes, classic rib eyes, and finest fillet from Hinterhofmetzgerei.
