At the beginning of October, we were responsible for the catering at the Porsche Centre Lugano for the presentation of the new Macan. For the guests, we conjured up an aperitif on the azado grill: 8-week dry-aged beef entrecôte.
While we were putting the meat on the grill, we made a video, set to music with "The Final Countdown", and published it on TikTok. What happened a few days later, we never would have expected...

The video was viewed over 10 million times, thousands of likes and comments were left, and followers grew from 3,000 to over 40,000. And the views, likes, and followers continue to grow.
